Marcus Holloway is the founder of Holloway & Reed Advisory and has championed small-business growth across the Sacramento region for more than 15 years. As Board Chair, he leads the Chamber’s strategic direction and regional economic development efforts.

Priya Raman owns Raman Design Studio, a Roseville-based branding agency. She joined the board in 2019 and oversees the Chamber’s marketing initiatives and its growing young-professionals network.

Devon Carter is a CPA and managing partner at Carter Financial Group in Folsom. As Treasurer, he stewards the Chamber’s budget and leads its popular small-business finance workshops.

Sofia Alvarez is the broker-owner of Alvarez Community Realty in Elk Grove. As Secretary, she coordinates board governance and chairs the Chamber’s community outreach committee.

James Whitfield serves as general manager of Whitfield Manufacturing and is a longtime advocate for local workforce development and skilled-trade apprenticeship programs.

Elena Petrova is executive director of the Riverbend Nonprofit Alliance, bringing a decade of experience in grant funding, civic partnerships, and community programming to the board.
